Radiant Window Care is Alex and Molly. Two people, one business, no rotating crew. When you book us, we’re the two who show up, and we’re the two who come back the next time.

We’re based in Carmichael and we clean glass for homes and businesses from East Sacramento and Downtown out through Rancho Cordova, Rocklin, Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, and up to Auburn. Inside and out. Screens, tracks, sills, skylights. Hard water stains. Gutters and pressure washing when you need those done too.
Call or text (916) 597-0257 — or send us exterior photos of your windows and we’ll get you a price.

Text us four photos, one of each side of your house. Stand back far enough to get the whole wall in frame, roof line down to the ground. That is all we need to send you a real number.

Text the photos to (916) 597-0257. Can’t get the photos? Say so and we’ll come out and quote it in person. More on how quotes work →
We check every window before we leave
The complaint we hear most often from people who’ve used somebody else is that the windows just weren’t clean enough. Somebody sprayed the glass, wiped it down, and drove off.
So the last thing we do on every job is walk back through the house and look at every window we cleaned. If we find something we missed, we fix it right then, while our gear is still out.
We wipe the sills. We’re careful with your furniture and your floors. We both have a good eye for the streaks and smudges that are easy to walk past, and we don’t call a window done until it looks right in the light coming through it.
Kyle S. put it better than we can:
“They were punctual and took great care to clean every single streak or smudge they could find. The most noteworthy comment we can leave is about their professional, positive, respectful, and kind demeanor.”

How we price a job
We don’t post a flat rate for a house, because houses around here aren’t built the same. A single story in Gold River and a two story in El Dorado Hills with glass over the staircase are different days of work.
Here’s what we ask for instead. Take one photo of each side of your house, all four sides, from far enough back that we can see the whole wall. Send them to us. From those we can count your windows, see how high the second story sits, check whether you have screens, and see how we’d get to the panes that are awkward to reach.
We’ll send you a price from that. It can shift a little once we’re there, because photos won’t show us the actual condition of the glass, and a window with three years of mineral buildup on it is more work than one that was cleaned in the spring. We’ll tell you before we start if that’s the case, not after.
And if photos aren’t going to work for you, just say so. We’ll come out and quote it in person.
Hard water is the thing people wait too long on
If your sprinklers hit your windows, minerals start building on the glass within a day or two. Left alone, that buildup eventually etches into the surface, and once glass is etched it can’t be cleaned back to clear. You can feel the difference with your hand. A stain that’s still sitting on top of the glass comes off. Damage that’s gone into the glass doesn’t.
We see this most in the newer neighborhoods with big windows and heavy irrigation, places like Anatolia in Rancho Cordova and the west side of Roseville. The fix isn’t complicated. Get the buildup off often enough that it never gets the chance to set, and point your sprinkler heads away from the house.
If we look at your glass and find it’s already etched past saving, we’ll tell you straight and point you toward a company that resurfaces glass. We don’t do that work and we’re not going to charge you for a cleaning that can’t succeed.
Where we work
Carmichael is home. From there we cover:
Sacramento · Rocklin · Rancho Cordova · Carmichael · Roseville · Folsom · El Dorado Hills · Citrus Heights · Elk Grove · Fair Oaks · Granite Bay · Gold River · Lincoln · Auburn
If you’re past Auburn or Lincoln, ask us anyway. We can usually still come, it just costs a little more to get there.
Storefronts, offices, and restaurants
Dirty glass on a storefront is the first thing a customer sees and the last thing most owners get around to. We run recurring schedules for businesses so it never becomes something you have to remember.
Weekly service is 15% off. Monthly is 10% off.
Dave M. started with his house and ended up putting us on a monthly schedule at his business:
“Alex and Molly did an exceptional job on my home windows. It was so good I hired them to do the windows at my business as well. And now, I’m on a regular monthly service schedule.”

Working up high
Second story exteriors and tall interior glass are where people get hurt trying to do it themselves. We use a water fed pole system for height when that’s the safer way to do it, and we bring the right ladder when it isn’t. We’re licensed and insured, so if something goes wrong on your property it’s covered.

A little about us
We’re Alex and Molly, we’re married, and this is our business. We’ve got five years of professional cleaning experience behind us and we’re licensed and insured. We’re not the biggest window cleaning company in Sacramento and we’re not trying to be. We’d rather have a route full of people we know than a schedule we can’t keep up with.
If you’re not happy with a window, tell us and we’ll come back and fix it.
